Donna Campbell   

After graduating from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 1972, Donna was called to the Ontario Bar in 1974.  She was awarded a Master of Laws (Income Taxation) degree from York University, Osgoode Hall Law School, in 1986. 

Her private practice has been restricted to the areas of personal law involving estate planning, estate administration and post-mortem tax planning.  She has drafted and implemented estate plans, both simple and complex, for the firm’s clients, including inter vivos trusts, wills and powers of attorney.  In the field of estate administration and after-death tax planning, she has administered estates ranging in value from insolvency to millions of dollars.  As required from time to time, Donna also has been involved in the preparation and Court audit of formal Accounts of Estate Trustees.
