Donna’s expertise and insight will assist you in developing an estate plan that can afford protection for your assets during your lifetime, and provide for the welfare of your family or other intended beneficiaries as you think best, including tax savings or deferral, upon your death.

As her contribution to the legal profession as a whole, Donna has been an instructor in the then Bar Admission Course of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Estate Planning and Administration Section, as a part-time instructor and member of the first permanent Faculty.  She has participated in Continuing Legal Education seminars and workshops and was a contributor to the first two editions of Estate Litigation, ed. Brian A. Schnurr.  She currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of Metropolitan Condominium Corporation No. 875.
