Jon R. Huza received a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University in 2005.  In 2008 he completed his civil law degree at l’Université de Montréal and in 2009 he obtained his common law degree with honours from the University of Ottawa law school.  In January 2011 Jon was called to the Ontario Bar and worked for a small corporate, commercial and real estate firm.  He joined our practice in October 2011.

He practices primarily in the areas of wills, estates, trusts, real estate and corporate/commercial law.  In the areas of wills/estates and trusts Jon handles the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and the administration of estates.  In the field of real estate law he has experience in both residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions in addition to mortgage re-financings.  In the areas of corporate/commercial law Jon has acted in multi-million dollar cross-border loan transactions and in the sale and acquisition of businesses.
