Mitchell Rose
Mitchell Rose received an Honours B.A. from York University in 1990. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1995. He joined Stancer, Gossin in 1999 and became a partner in 2001, upon which the firm became known as Stancer, Gossin, Rose LLP.
Mitchell practises principally in the area of civil litigation. He has extensive experience in the areas of employment law, real property litigation, debt collection and mortgage enforcement, commercial and shareholder disputes, insurance related matters, construction disputes, personal injury, estate litigation and landlord and tenant matters. Mitchell has appeared at all levels of Court and Tribunals in Ontario. He is committed to achieving substantive justice for his clients through the intelligent and insightful use of court rules and procedures.
